                                The Oriental Institute Of Management Lalburra is committed to continuous improvement and development. Our Institutional Development Plan outlines our strategic vision for growth and excellence in teacher education as well as undergraduate education.

•  Infrastructure Development

                 The institute has adequate and well-developed infrastructure, including properly constructed buildings, well-furnished classrooms, subject-specific tools and laboratories, and an ICT lab. The institute continuously upgrades its facilities to meet the evolving needs of teacher education.

• Future Plans

                                        In its continuous pursuit of contributing to the upliftment of rural Indian society, the institute plans to introduce additional professional degree Programme such as P.hD.

• Research and Development

                        All faculty members are actively involved in research work and regularly participate in seminars, workshops, and orientation Programmes. The institute encourages research activities and innovative teaching practices.
