Fee Refund Policy
Our institution follows a transparent, fair, and student-friendly fee refund policy in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations of the governing authorities. Fee refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the admission office
Refunds are processed as per UGC guidelines and institutional policies

Submit a written refund request to the admission office.

Refund Schedule
The refund amount depends on the timing of the withdrawal request:
Before commencement of classes: Full refund (minus processing charges).
Within 15 days of commencement: Partial refund as per policy.
