• Ordinances may be framed in cases of urgent or special necessity.

• Ordinances may relate to admission, examination, or studies.

• Ordinances shall be temporary in nature.

Every ordinance shall require approval of the competent authority to remain in force.

Statutes of Oriental Institute Of Management Lalburra, Balaghat (M.P.) 

• Oriental Institute Of Management Lalburra, Balaghat (M.P.)  shall function as a management institution under the rules and regulations of the AICTE, the University, and UGC norms.

• The main objective of Oriental Institute Of Management Lalburra, Balaghat (M.P.) shall be the promotion of management  education and academic excellence.

• Admission, teaching, examination, and evaluation shall be governed by the statutes of the institution.

• Appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff shall be made according to prescribed norms.

• Students shall abide by institutional discipline and academic regulations.

These statutes shall remain in force unless amended or repealed by the competent authority.
