The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Oriental Institute of Management, Lalburra has been established as a core post-accreditation quality sustenance measure in accordance with the guidelines of UGC and AICTE. The cell functions as a central mechanism to design, monitor, and evaluate the academic and administrative activities of the institute.

Benchmark Development: Setting and applying quality parameters for various academic programs (MBA, BBA, etc.) and administrative operations of the management institute.
Experiential Learning Promotion: Facilitating a student-centric environment conducive to high-quality education, focusing on case studies, management games, industrial visits, and corporate internships.
Stakeholder Feedback: Collecting, analyzing, and executing Action Taken Reports (ATR) on feedback received from corporate recruiters, alumni, students, and parents.
Professional Events: Organizing national/international seminars, workshops, corporate conclaves, and FDPs on emerging business trends (e.g., Fintech, AI in Business, Business Analytics).
Documentation & Reporting: Documentation of all institutional programs, achievements, and best practices leading to quality improvement, including the preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR).
