OMBUDSPERSON
As per the regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Oriental Institute Of Management Lalburra, Balaghat (M.P.) has designated an Ombudsperson to address student grievances. The Ombudsperson serves as an independent and unbiased authority to ensure the fair, transparent, and timely resolution of student complaints. The Ombudsperson deals with issues related to admissions, fees, examinations, evaluations, academic concerns, and other student-related matters, particularly when grievances remain unresolved by the Institutional Grievance Redressal Cell.
This mechanism is established to protect the rights and interests of students while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and student-friendly academic environment, in accordance with UGC norms and guidelines.
